It’s too easy to get lost in the rush and forget the really important things.  I am not sure a stress free life exists and if it did, I don’t think I’d want it.  I’m ok with stress.  I just want to make sure that when it’s on, it’s taking me closer to something I care about.

Don’t forget to ask yourself why, especially on those really stressful days.  If the answer doesn’t come easy, maybe you are doing something because it’s really important and it’s bringing you lots of stress because of that importance…’s just not really that important to you and the things you care about.
